No replacement ramekins available
I love the set - works really well - but I broke a ramekin and Chicago Metallic doesn't offer extra ramekins to fit in the wire rack. They are supposed to be 6-oz ramekins and the closest I could find were 6-oz ramekins from HIC - but those just barely do NOT fit in the set's wire rim - so now my set only makes 3 brulees at a time. If you buy this set - don't break any ramekins because as far as I can tell they are not replaceable.More detail ...
