Better Than Most Pro Pans!

These are Professional Baking pans. They are designed to be used by the pro's which translates to a quality set of tools that will last several lifetimes for the occasional baker. For the price I expected less. I am very happy. This is my second set I recommend buying at least two sets so when you bake you can bake 2 pies or loafs of bread. I wish I had purchased these 30 years ago. They are constructed of heavy 16 gauge anodized aluminum. Being anodized mean the pores are closed which means that nothing sticks. If your a baker you definitely need Fat Daddio's Pans. They are made to last a lifetime of USE!
