These mini loaf pans are very good quality and honestly they bake my breads just as well (if not better) than my expenisve set of Caphalon mini pans. Really! I could not believe the price that Amazon is selling them for. I figured there must be some sort of hitch. But no it's just a really fine deal. I would suggest even purchasing 2 sets if you do not currently own any mini loaf pans. Most recipes I make are a perfect fit for 5 mini loaf pans (even though the recipe says 4 - I don't like my breads to rise very much over the top). And at this price - 2 sets is still inexpensive! I very much recommend these.More detail ...
